Refund policy
All sales are final. For sanitary and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any jewelry items.
Exceptions
We will only consider replacements in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The wrong item was received
To be eligible for a replacement, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing 444beautyco@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographic evidence of the damage, defect, or incorrect item
Claims submitted after the 48-hour window will not be accepted.
Please Note
- Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.
- We do not accept returns for reasons related to change of mind, sizing, or wear and tear.
- Replacements are subject to review and availability.
- We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet the above criteria.
